Hola! I want to know why is there no future transaction about a reservation.

A guest arrived yesterday.

 

There is no payout information, neither made or to be made, about a guest that arrived yesterday.

 

This morning I changed my default payout method from a bank trasfer to Western Union, which was already checked as READY to use as payout method.

 

Half an hour ago I checked my trasnaction History, to make sure it was on its way.

 

But OH surprise!

 

It appears on the trasnaction hystory as completed but shows no amount, and it is not in future trasnactions either.

 

Whatat should I expect?

 This sounds like a serious issue, you should do the following

1) Check if the guest accepted the booking? See under reservations if the booking is there with a reservation number and itinerary. In your inbox, on the right side of of the person's name you should see "accepted" in green.

2) Check the itinerary - does it say the correct amount?

3) Check if you received an email from Airbnb saying the payout has been made 24 hours after the guest checked in?

4) Call your local Airbnb number +525541704333 to check with them.
