Home owner's insurance in California for Airbnb

Today we were contacted by Proper Insurance that Lloyds of London will no longer cover Airbnb homes in California.  We will have to purchase replacement insurance by March 31st and we are asking for recommendations of companies that would insure our home.  We will need a company that will insure a home

offering Airbnb and also allow for an agricultural area as we have a 5 acre apple orchard.

Have you tried a local Insurance broker? I have Farmer's and although they do not cover short term guests, they found another company, Hudson, to write a policy specifically for short term rentals. I pay $425 for the rider. As Farmer's explained to me, the minute you turn your home into a business, homeowner's insurance will not cover any damage caused by paying clients. Good luck.
