Homeowners' Insurance for AirBnB + Knob & Tube?

After buying our historic home, we were easily able to get homeowners' insurance to cover knob and tube wiring. But once we started doing AirBnB, we can't seem to find an insurance company that will cover both AirBnB AND Knob& Tube wiring. The Knob & Tube hasn't been tampered with and from research and inspections, it's not unsafe. We had multiple quotes for $20,000+ to replace the wiring, but we can't afford that yet. Are there any insurance companies that will cover both AirBnB AND Knob & Tube wiring? I might have to stop doing AirBnB completely =(
