Hone and Contents Insurance while living in the house in Australia

I occasionally rent my room out and Allianz has just informed me that they will no longer insure me.  I have heard of sharecover, but I am looking to see if anyone has heard of BJS Insurance Brokers who offer an all-in-one package.  I don't have a quote yet, but curious if anyone else has tried this?  I just want a whole deal rather than fiddly issues like telling them each time I have a guest plus my understanding is that you still have to have a home and contents policy as well.  We'll see how much it is, but I might just close my account. 

What are other people's experience in Australia with insurance?  I'd really like to know.
