I lists a private room inside a condo where I myself is living there. After guests left from a 2-day staying, I found out they left pizza crunches all over the carpet in their room, leaving the toilet un-flushed with urination inside and eating the whole box of my ice cream without asking.
I contacted airbnb to see how they were thinking about it. They offered me to ask for guests to compensate, I said no necessary.
Then they just directly warned the guests. It happened so fast. I told them I am worried about the possible retaliation review they said they were going to deal with it if there was one.
I was determined to not leave a review for the guests since airbnb already warned them, hope the guests could do the same.
Now several hours later after the incidence, I received a notice that the guests just left a review!
Not seeing what it has said, I hardly believe it would be some good words. I am not sure whether it was the first time they have done the same thing since all I saw on their profile are two short but good reviews.
Did I keep the promise to myself not reviewing them or should I cut this chain to let future hosts know that?
It is really a tough one for me. Need some advice.
