Host Early Pay

Hi,

I´ve just received a request from a guest asking to change his reservation:

"If you accept XXXX’s request, your reservation will be updated. If your payout is eligible for Host Early Pay, an additional fee will apply to the difference if the new reservation amount is more than the original amount."

Host Early Pay?

Never heard os it.

How can I be eligible?

It was (is ?) a pilot program, where joining hosts get paid part of the booking already within some days after booking (instead of after check-in).

Olá @Ricardo85 , td bem? Sou novo aqui na comunidade e, talvez por isso, não consiga te mandar mensagem no privado, por isso estou escrevendo por aqui. 

Estou procurando alguém com experiência para fazer o serviço de coanfitrião de um imóvel com bastante potencial turístico em Santa Teresa, pertinho do centro e capacidade para hospedar até 3 casais.

Gostaria se bar se tem interesse nessa parceria ou, caso contrario, se teria alguém para indicar.
