Host accepted a booking but now says it is unavailable

I made a reservation request and she accept it and they charged me with full of amount and later the host contact me and said she accept by mistake or something wrong and want me to cancel it.. I told her if I cancel it they will charge me but she said it is my discussion and the company can check the messages between my and her

@Khalid8  You have not reached Air BNB.  This is a host forum and hosts from around the world provide responses to questions if we can but we have no administrative authority.  I looked at the listing and you are the third party that this host wants to cancel.  Obviously there is something wrong with this listing and Air BNB needs to intervene.  I suggest you contact Air BNB by phone and report what is going on.  Ask Air BNB for assistance in getting a suitable replacement.  They might also give you some credit due to your trouble.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.  Good luck and let us know what happens
