Host cancelation and I did a rebooking but was not refunded

Hi,

I need your help guys.

Situation:

Place I booked cancelled

Looked for another place to book, I successfully booked.

Breakdown displayed the difference which I need to pay which is no problem.

The problem:

3 hours after, my credit card was charged the full amount which was suppose to be shouldered by Airbnb because I have already paid in the prior booking that was cancelled. Isn't it that P35,827 was suppose to be shouldered by airbnb from previous booking?
