Host getting the runaround by AirBnB and AirCover.

I requested "AirCover" to reimburse us $100 from furniture damage done by a guest but am getting the same copy and paste answer from customer service which is 

"Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I'm going to forward your case to a member of the other department who's in a better position to resolve this for you." And then no one ever contacts me or follows up. It has been over a month since I first reported the damage and I am still waiting for this magic person to contact me.

 

On the website, it says damages get repaid within 2 weeks. This is a downright lie and the lack of care and concern for hosts is evident. I am getting extra insurance because I don't trust AirCover to do what they promise.
