Host help for special offer

I have a guest staying a month in a room. He wants to book another room for his parents for 2 nights. I sent a special offer for the other room for 2 nights during his stay. If he accepts, will it affect his current month long booking?

 From what I know, @Felix-And-Sue0, one guest can only book one listing at a time. Besides, booking for his parents would still be a third party booking, which Airbnb doesn't approve of.
