Host sent me a refund. Still shows up as Open is the Resolution Center, and have not received funds

Hi. I've received a refund from my host for 60 days now, and haven't received the money. The case shows up as "Open" on the resolution center:

What did the host say when you spoke to them about it?

Did it come from them or Airbnb.

If Airbnb you will need to give them a call. We are a forum of hosts so can't help on these sort of issues.

My host told me that she sent me the refund (which is displayed in the resolution center). Also, she FWD me an email from Airbnb which confirms the refund (Subject:You sent money to your guest).

Do you know how can I contact Airbnb? I can't find any phone number or contact email.
