Hosting a private room with small children (SECURITY concerns)

Anyone here an Airbnb host and have small children? Specifically, you're renting out a bedroom in your house. What has your experiences been like? What rules did you set up? Any security set in place? If not, have you thought of doing so or would you do it? Or wouldn't you? I know security and privacy is probably big on the list...

Hi Kelly, 

I'm mostly just commenting to bump your post up the list, but also because I have small children and have never considered any security other than the daily safety and security of my kids. We host in a separate building on our grounds though, so not a similar situation. 

What kind of security concerns do you have with regards to kids?
