Hello!

4 queries!

1) a guest I believe flooded our hut (no problems in plumbing before or since their stay). They completely deny it, I can’t prove it, so do I just grin & bear it?

2) a host recently stayed with us, she clearly didn’t read our info as she asked loads of questions, asking for WiFi code, where the bbq was, how the heating worked etc. She also didn’t strip the bed or follow any checking out guidelines. Usually, I’d just give them 5 stars, but feel with COVID (& the fact she’s a host too) she put me at risk having to clear up afterwards- what would you do?

3) Airbnb shows that I haven’t written reviews for some guests (but I have), it’s generally not updating as quickly or as efficiently as it used to. Is it just me or are others having issues?

4) what happens in a review if you say you wouldn’t host someone again? Do the guests see this or does it show somewhere?

1. Get a plumber to inspect and give you a report/estimate submit a claim. Write an hones review

2. maybe 4 stars for house rules

3. Yes it is slow

4. nothing happens  to  the review. Guests don’t see thumbs down
