To all Airbnb users in Newcastle and Gateshead, I'm thinking about unlisting my apartment and moving back in for the winter months as bookings have slowed down in September. how seasonal is Newcastle in terms of guests? I don't want to put October and November as available incase there is just no interest! Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated

Have a looked at some similar properties to yours on BnB and check their bookings this will help give you an idea.

You can also speak to your local Visitor body - they will keep visitor figures, accommodation figures etc and you can ask them to share this with you/for advice.
