How Long Will It Take My Guest To Receive Their Refund

Unfortunetly I had to cancel a reseravtion due to emergency circumstances. Does anyone know how long will it take my guest to receive their refund?

Hi @Ryan25,

As far as I know, it is pretty instant.  The only issue is, it is usually a credit on their account and they need to request the refund if they do not want to use the credit for a different booking.
