I was trying to catch up my guest reviews, 2 night stays, and I accidentally gave one guest 4 stars for cleanliness when he deserved five. I gave the other guest 5 stars when they deserved 4. The second guest smoked a bowl in my living room prior to check out and I had more guests checking in right behind them. It took an extra hour to air out the space.
I sent a text to the good guests and apologized but can't seem to correct the situation. I don't need to mess with the second ones, but the first ones truly deserve the 5 stars. I didn't realize what I had done until I read the reviews I'd written.
Any help?
