Three people from the trip department decided to remove $1100 from my account without notice or warning or explanation. I've been trying to contact them for over a week and each time I reach them, they promise to contact me back and never do. Each time I call I'm told only they can handle the situation...but they refuse to speak with me. They will not return my emails and I've put in numerous phone calls. It is becoming clear that some kind of fraud has happened since I'm told this is not Airbnb policy to behave in this way. Can anyone help??? I've been a host for several years and I have over 200+ reservations under my belt. This has been the first time this has ever happened and the way it is being handled is very very suspicious.

Alexandria, the very same thing happend to me.
False claims that they are calling me but I dont answer the phone. I even called, another agent contacted this unprofessional agent and while I was on the line refused to answer my call. He said NO.
As you say eveything here to me also seems very suspicious.
