How can I find out if condos are airBNB friendly in Toronto?

Hi All, 

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a condo in Toronto.

However, before I make my purchase, I wanted to know how I could find out if my new potential condo allows airBNB?

Should you contact the condo board?

Is there a list somwhere that I can consult?

Are there people who expertise in their area that I can turn to?

Any help would be appreciated!

Also, you should check with the condo management if they allowed Airbnb before buying.
