How can I give a co-host certain access and responsibilities on my listing?

I wanted to add a co-host, but not so much to help manage my property, but to be able to share my calendar and guest bookings. I only want to allow my co-host to schedule cleanings and maintenance request. Everything else like messaging, payouts etc is my business and I do not want them having access to it.

I have to say I’m surprised that Airbnb doesn’t give the main host the option to only allow co-host to have access to certain features and responsibilities as some of us host don’t need a full time co-host.

Please let me know your thoughts and if there is a different way to to allow my cleaning company and maintenance crew to access my schedule without becoming a co-host.

I wouldn't use the cohost function to allow  cleaners to access your calendar . That's not what it designed  for. 

there is software out there that you can interstate with STR listings so you can share your calendars .
