How can I have a friend manage for me while I am away?

I am going away for the summer. I have 2 airbnbs and a friend offered to manage them while I am away. How can I add her to my account but without having her have access to my income or editing my listings.... I just want her to take care of the emails and the guests. I guess just like pillows or any management company would do.

If you set up email forwarding with the correct subject line (rules) She can receive the relevant emails and you don't need to give her access to the account.
