How can I post a 6 month rental, with a minimum stay of 6 months?

I am going away for a 6 month work contract over seas. I dont want to do month by month. I want someone to commit for 6 months?

Any sugesstions?

Hello @Devonne0,

You could, just before leaving, set your minimum stay to 180 or so days and set the maximum to something just above that.

Go to your calendar and click on "Availibility settings" and then "Reservation preferences". You'll then see the minimum and maximun stay boxes.
