I've never had to resolve anything via AirBnb customer service so how it works exactly is completely new to me. It's by far THE worst I've ever experienced. Each time I call I get a call center, outside of the USA. I've tried a few times already and the agents just doesn't fully grasp the issue at hand.
I've asked to be transferred to the USA and they apparently cannot do it They've just ask that I call back and that who I get is random. Is there any way to talk to someone in the USA?
