So I have an apartment in Slovenia and I cannot find a decent agent to look after it on a daily basis.
I want to rent it loing term. Can airbnb do this for me and can I advertise my appartment only as a long term!?
Hello @Melanie250
I can see you are already an experienced superhost, so I am sure know as much as me.
My thoughts are that you are unlikely to find many guests on here wanting a three month let for your place for the exact period you have it available.
However there is nothing to stop you advertising here. I believe you can set a minimum stay period for longer terms. And just open it up for the dates you want it to be available.
Personally in your situation, I would either see if you can find a local superhost located near your place who would co-host and then you could do it for shorter lets. Or find a local holiday company in your town who could manage weekly holiday lets.
Set minimun stay = 90 days

Thank you ! I will check!!
However if people are searching long stay where will they find me. I guess there is a search button for them....
I'll have to check!
If people are looking for "60 days stay", for example, they will not find you as you don't accept 60 days stays.

@Melanie250 As @Ricardo85 mentioned you will have to set your minimum stay to 90 days. Guests searching for shorter terms will not find your listing. You can set a shorter minimum and then hope that guests who contact you are looking for longer terms. But this is not guaranteed to be the case.
