'hi can anyone help.. at the end of the month of December I had to decline a booking as I did not realise that I had the instant booking option on. Now on my reviews of airbnb I have my first bad review. This is all new to me as I only joined airbnb in July of 2016. I didn't realise that I only had a few weeks were I could answer to this review and now it is too late. What can I do? Can I make a public review to explain why I cancelled the booking?'
Thanks Andrea. I thought so but I had to try and ask. Unfortunately I had no request for bookings. I guess it must scare the guests when they read the review. It is my first bad review and it will ruin it all.
