You can contact Airbnb and present your case and see if they will reverse the cancellation fee, the blocking of the calendar and the automatic review. They have been known to do this for others. Did the people you pre-approved and then cancelled book with you again?
I would be concerned renting from you though @Rhia0 as you have three reviews and two of them are automated "host cancellation" reviews.
