How do I change the thumbnail photo that comes up when I post to Facebook.

I don't like the picture that comes up when I post link to my listings here and I can't figure out how to change it. Anyone know how to do it?

Also I've no clue why I stopped being a superhost and it seems my posting is not as popular as it once was.

@Kaalomai0, If you check your Stats -> Standards it should tell you exactly what happened with the Superhost status. It could be something as simple as whether you hosted at least 10 stays in the past 12 months.

I am not sure how to fix the thumbnail issue; I am hoping a host with experience with that issue chimes in.
