We have a 2-bed condo and currently charge $20 for the 3rd (& 4th) person/"extra guest" (under Extra Charges).
But all too often we're getting bookings from 2 guests who, for all sorts of perfectly valid reasons, want a bed each (eg. mother/daughter, two conference-goers).
For those non-couples it means twice the work for us, with no additional charge for them.
I'd happily forego the second $20 for the 4th guest, if I could simply charge $20 for the use of the second bedroom.
How can I do that?

Setup three listings: one for each bedroom and 1 for the combination.
Link the calenders to prevent double bookings:

Mention your homepage in the description of each listing, so guests can see all options.

I was just about to ask the same question when I saw this one. It makes no sense that one person pays the same as 2 who use 2 rooms. On the other hand, 3 people using both rooms pay an extra $20 even though they are no more trouble than the 2 who use both bedrooms. I'm still trying to figure out a way to charge extra for the second bedroom rather than for the 3rd person. I really don't want to set up 3 separate listings.
