Most hosts round here have a substitute or a remote host. 

We are people who like (or have to) travel, too. We cannot be tied to our listing 24/7/360... So, you look for a trustworthy person who will be your remote host. 

I agree to pay a decent handling fee for the occasional services of my remote host. If I am making money, people who facilitate this should also make some, shouldn't they?
