How do I get a cancellation I had to make removed from my history. I notified them instantly.

Literally it was a situation where I was in process of blocking one day for a private booking when someone on Airbnb site was booking at the exact same time. I rang her straight away to say it had just been taken and apologized. She totally understood.

It seems unfair to be penalized for this and my superhost status removed.

The only way forward is to contact airbnb and plead with them.
