How do I give a partial refund to someone who has paid?

Can someone Pleeese tell me how to give a partial refund (discount) to someone who has already paid. Thank you. Phyll

Welcome to the Community Center!

In order to give your guests a partial refund you need to use the Resolution Center. This Community Help Guide explains how it works and there is further information in the Help Center.
