How do I make a claim?

My guest was from Miami, but his "friends" were local and all my keys were not returned.

I had the locks changed yesterday and want to put in a claim against his security deposit.

How do I do that?

Airbnb does NOT make this easy to figure out.

@William208 go to host / your reservations (find the reservation of the guest ) / send or request money ... etc.. you will see

and if the guest does not pay after I've requested money, then how do I escalate it to AirBnB?
