Could you give more context to this question? Is this a long term stay,Globalhosting.freeforums,net/thread/1407/ring-doorbell-paid-day multiple guests? Generally speaking, if you've done your homework where pricing is concern, you don't need to negotiate a price if you have  one that's fair.  Please provide more details.
