I signed up to be a host after receiving an email from a 3rd party company that Airbnb teamed up with (Vavi - a local San Diego company) however I havent received the $200 for listing my space and making a booking within 30 days. I also called but the Airbnb rep had no idea what I was talking about so he took my information and said he would call me back. I never received a call back so I emailed and I still havent heard back.
I really enjoy Airbnb and I want to keep doing this but I hope the customer service gets better for hosts. Has anyone else had a similar experience or can anyone offer any advice?
