You should be able to reorder the photos by clicking on them and dragging them to where you want to go - have a look at this Help Guide. 

Just to let you know, I have moved your post here to a new thread so that it doesn't get lost in another discussion and it is easier to find. I have also given it a title, please let me know if you want to change it!

I am very sorry but I am using a iPad and it doesn't work! When I click the photo I cannot draw it the only thing I can do is to delete it!!!
