How do I see a guest's profile?

How do I see a guest's profile?

I click on their name, and I all I can see is the profile pic, the verification, and  "Hey, I'm So-and-So". That's it. No other information is there. Am I missing a link or a tab or something?

Its possible that what you are seeing is all there is.  If there are reviews, they will be displayed.
