How do I send a picture of a quote to replace a damaged door caused by one of my guests. I have alr

To Whom it might concern,

 

I notified Airbnb about this matter back at the end of June/beginning of July when it first happened.  I sent a picture and a link from Home Depot, but not until I enquired about this matter again, recently, did I find out the link did not work.

 

What happened was that Amanda and her husband did their laundry during their stay, and during this time, at some point,  must have opened the door to the laundry room too forcibly causing the door stop to puncture the door.  They didn't ever bring it to my attention, or tell me what had happened.  The guest after them, Shaun, pointed out the hole when I was showing him and his girlfriend around the apartment on their arrival.

*Please note that this quote does not include the cost of installing the new door.  I'm waiting for a quote on this.

You probably have a ticket asigned already when reporting the damage the first time.

I noticed your review on the guest is:

"Amanda was an excellent guest. She left my place in good order."

Seeing the picture of the damage (but it is just one and not right orientation) IMO the (hardboard ?) door can be repaired (without replacing it).
