How do I sign up to be a Co-Host?

Hello! I have been hosting for almost 2 years and love it! I see that co-hosting for people in my area is an option and I would love to take advantage of this opportunity. However, when I click on the link it says I'm on a waitlist. This is odd, because if I wanted to I can sign up to accept a co-host to my listing, so if they're allowing co-hosting in my area why can't I sign up to be one?

I've contacted customer service and was just given the run around.
