How do I take the image of the ID? Stuck on 2 of 2

Hi

REALLY frustrated. Trying to book via airbnb but cant until I provide govt ID. (not happy about putting this online ), but have been sent numerous links (only one works) . I have have managed to capture the front image of my Drivers Licence (I dont know why it took though) and have been trying to complete the back image capture, but NOTHING is working. What do I have to press/ select / do to have the image captured ?? Going insane here !!
