They were a great company but they have grown too big for their support. Good luck getting someone to actually listen and do something about an issue you might have.

My account was hacked last year it took two weeks for them to take a hackers phone number and email address off of my page . I could no longer communicate with guests as airbnb only answers hosts who have an email address or phone number and mune had been wiped out.

hi Elizabeth156, I so completely agree with you. "Good luck getting someone to actually listen and do something about an issue you might have".  Customer service does not listen at all, they mute their mikes and then just tell you something...random. They have no knowledge of the company and they way it works. Very disappointing.
