How do you edit letter templates sent to people who want to rent, who have rented, etc?

There are letters sent to guests that are basic, "sorry, we are booked" "Thank you for your interest" I am hoping to make additional templates, and edit the ones that already exist. I cannot find them anywhere.

I am not familiar with the templates you reference, @Jerry-and-Kerrie0.  You can have a list of saved messages you can access when communicating through Air BNB messaging system.  Where are the templates?

Hi @Jerry-and-Kerrie0, I am not aware of any templates as @Linda108 has said. I use another app on my iPad to make the common notes I usually need, and then by copying them, I can move over the the Airbnb app and paste it in. Works for me.
