Hello! I'm a fairly new host in San Diego and when I first started last month I noticed that if I checked Airbnb as a traveler on another phone/computer that my listing would pop up on the first page of available rentals. I've has 7 rentals all with 5* reviews. I unfortunately had an issue with my last guest and asked them to reimburse me for steam cleaning my couch because they violated my no smoking policy. They retaliated by giving me a 1* review. Now my overall score has dropped to 4.5. Does this affect my placement in the order of search results? Now when I search as a traveler I'm lucky if I show up on the 3rd page....
Maybe changing my cover photo might help? Any hosts/travelers want to take a look at my listing and give their opinion on which photo is the most eye catching? My listing is https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/36067735
