How does my guest know to review me?

Hi. I've just had my first guest. Lovely email but she hasn't been asked to review my property so I don't know what to do? She's not had anything from Airbnb asking her to review me but I've had one this morning to review her. She's sent a lovely email saying she had a grEat time but as a new host I could do with ratings to start encouraging others.

i find the help section really confusing and no way to contact Airbnb that seems easy. Can anyone suggest what to do to send her a review link as she can't find anything on the site to review and I don't want to bother her.
