Take a unexperienced host, bad guests and the Air Bnb review system. After a unpleasant stay of a English family, I decided to let these guests behind me and not spend any further energy on them, they consumed enough of my energy during their stay, so I did not write a review. Wrong very wrong. The guests wrote a very long bad review but waited with publishing till the Air Bnb deadline and published in the late evening just before the deadline. On the next morning I read this review and wanted to reply but the deadline of 14 day was passed. Air Bnb agreed with me that it seems deliberately published just before the deadline, so I could not reply anymore, but could not give me the possibility to reply.
Now I write always a review just after guests left about all my guests and these are almost always very positive because I do not accept any guest with a bad review anymore. When we all do this we will have much more fun with the many very nice Air bnb guests and we will enjoy more being a Air bnb host.
