How hard it is to make a reservation and verify your identity.

I was excited to find a nice Airbnb in Mars Hill, NC so that we could visit my daughter and her family.  But I have jumped through all the hoops to verify my identity and it didn't go through or I need a better web cam picture or whatever.  I also realize the necessity for all the security.  But I am a 73-year-old woman that it not tech savvy.  So now I will go online and call Choice hotel and make a reservation.  Thank you.
