How long after a guest leaves will I be prompted to write a review?

My guests left this morning. Previously I have been prompted within an hour of check out to write a review, but not this time. Why?

You can now leave a review after 24h after check out. Sometimes you don't get an email reminder for leaving the review, but if you go into your dashboard the prompt will be there to leave a review for the guest.

Seems to vary, sometimes a few days and this morning before he had left, or was due to leave.

My guest left 6 days ago. I was never prompted to leave a review. And even now my account tells me there are no outstanding reviews.

You can now leave a review after 24h after check out. Sometimes you don't get an email reminder for leaving the review, but if you go into your dashboard the prompt will be there to leave a review for the guest.

My guests left on July 1 and we have yet to be prompted to write a review. Ive checked dashboard. Any other thoughts?

I just received a reminder that I had 2 days left to review someone, odd because I had gone through my dashboard and the showed nothing os.

I have the same problem this time. Guests left 7 days ago and i have not got a prompt to review, nor is it in the dashboard. How can I review them. The guests have contacted me with the same problem.

I am wondering how and if this problem was resolved for you as I am having a similiar probolem. Time has passed and I am not prompted to review my wonderful guest, nor is she able to give me the great review she has told me she wants to leave...

I have the same question, my guest tells me they received no email to write a review and they cannot find an option to write the review.

how can we leave a review after the deadline period?  I feel bad for not getting a chance to write a review for this guest since they were so great

Hi: Hosting in Toronto. Our check out time is 12 pm. When I get a request from Airbnb to write a review for a guest I receive it at 9:30 am. Is there something about my profile or setup that has me in the wrong time zone? I can't see it anywhere when I've looked, but I'd prefer to have the review reminder to occur after my check out time.

Hi. Our guests left yesterday and today I tried to review them through the reservations section, found then the reservation and clicked on the red button "REVIEW", wrote the review and then submitted. Then the review saved. Could you clarify if the guest will receive my review so as to proceed to his review? or do i have to do something else.
