How much time does the guest have to pay his stay?

Hi, 

I'm new here. There is a thing that I don't understand.

A guest would like to book three nights at the end of December. He would like to know how much time does he have to pay for the trip. I think he needs more time to do it. Is there any possibility for him to pay for it in a couple of days/weeks but to be sure that I'm keeping the reservation for him?

Hello @Tina269. Unfortunately, they will have to pay for the stay at the moment of booking. If they initiate the booking, they will have to complete the payment within 24 hours.
