How soon after suspending a listing must I list a property to not lose SuperHost status?  Last date for previous listing was 8/9/19, by what date must I list a property to maintain SuperHost status?

@Cal1 As long as you meet the criteria of superhost, it really does not matter when and how soon you list your property. You can check your superhost status on the Progress tab

The conditions for becoming a superhost is very clear that you have to meet following criteria in the last 12 months.

  • Completed at least 10 trips OR successfully completed 3 reservations that total at least 100 nights
  • Maintained a 90% response rate or higher
  • Maintained a 1% percent cancellation rate (1 cancellation per 100 reservations) or lower, with exceptions made for those that fall under our Extenuating Circumstances policy
  • Maintain a 4.8 overall rating

The next evaluation is October 1. You just need to meet the criteria above between October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
