How to Find Monthly Income as Co-Host

Hello,

Our company co-hosts nearing 30 properties in our area as a vacation rental manager. Right now we are billing based on each night of each stay, finding the total for each night, and calculating our percentage off of that. It is tedious and we are finding a lot of mistakes in our audits due to having to figure out rental income per night times 25+ houses.

I am wondering if there would be an easier way for a co-host to accurately capture the monthly income for a listing and we could charge based on that? I know as the account owner you can find monthly earnings but this feature doesn't seem to be available to co-hosts. Our homeowners LOVE that they get to be the primary account owner instead of us so we don't want to have to stop using the co-hosting feature for our job, but just wondering if there's a work around here we aren't seeing.

@Boise-BnB0 under the "team" tab your owners should be able to add you as a team member with access to finances. (You might have to do it under a special email address as for some reason it won't allow an existing co-host to be added as a team member.) Then you could download earnings as .csv files and run whatever calculations you need on them.
