Hello everyone,
I was asked to submit all names and addresses in my group when I recently visited Halifax. It just appeared when I was
submitting my Request to book to the host. I would like to know how do I set this up for my Guest Booking Request.
I searched and didn't find any info. Could this be available only on IB?
Hope someone knows how to do this without having to message to future guests and ask for it.
Best Regards,
Yvonne

Unless something new has been added, @Yvonne191 , it is probably Guest Trip Information in Guest Requirements in the Booking Settings tab. But you are right: that is IB only.

Thank you Lawrence. Wish it was available for everyone would save a lot of time & messages. 🙂
Hi again,
Sorry about typo of your name Lawrene.
No worries, @Yvonne191 . If you hit the @ button, the name comes up and you don't have the bother of auto-correct! Also the person you @ gets a notification.
As @Kelly149 says, guests are asked to provide other-guest information, but the system does not make it mandatory.
I do ask, and seldom get (human) names. It is, "My bf and me and our dog, Mr. Wufflepants."
So don't go thinking you are missing out on anything special. 😉
I often host multiple unrelated guests (friend groups), I have the booking guest send me: name, age, city/state & contact # for EVERY adult guest. This is mandatory & if anything seems fishy then I may verify govt ID for those guests at arrival.
I have listed in my house manual that a 5% discount will be given to any reservation that includes linked abb profiles for ALL guests. No one has ever done so.
@Yvonne191 Guests are always ASKED to add other guests (ABB would love to add new users to their system) BUT guests are free to ignore this request.
