My appartment is listed for more than 45 days with no respond...

It is a very attractive one in a desired area in TLV, (it has nice traffic and reservations from booking.com but none from Airbnb).

How can new appartment start to create volume in airbnb?

Your listing says 4 guests, 1 bedroom, 2 beds

Sleeping facilities says: 1 sofabed in common space.

So all 4 guests should sleep on 1 sofabed ?

yes, i know pictures show something different, but maybe update sleeping facilities.....

Maybe also consider a weekly discount.

BTW You can also check in section "progress" the amount of views.

@Einat4  Go to Listing, then scroll down the page to Guide Book and hit Edit. Don't forget to save it every once in a while if it's going to be long, so you do not have to redo anything.
